National Cancer Institute Warns of Rising Breast Cancer Cases Among Thai Women

BANGKOK (NNT) - The National Cancer Institute (NCI) has indicated that breast cancer is a major public health problem for women around the world and is the most common cancer for women in Thailand.

Bangkok opens six walk-in vaccination facilities ahead of Songkran holiday

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) is urging everyone to get inoculated against COVID-19 before the Songkran festival in mid-April and has opened six vaccination facilities offering walk-in inoculation.

Big preparations underway for Bangkok’s first governor, council elections in many years

Analysts say Bangkok’s by-election will be a test of rival parties’ popularity with voters ahead of the election for Bangkok governor later this year.

 

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has set aside about 343 million baht for the holding of the Bangkok gubernatorial and city councillor elections on May 22nd, the first such elections in nine and 12 years respectively.
