AQ.in.th SIMPLIFIES AND SPEEDS UP THE PROCESS OF ENTERING THAILAND FOR TOURISTS

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

This new online platform eliminates all the fuss by allowing tourists to book AQ or SHA++ accommodations and apply for the mandatory Thailand Pass all in one place.

Bangkok, Thailand — Entering Thailand has never been easier since the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the Test & Go and sandbox programs have been revamped, the country is more than ready to reopen and welcome tourists from around the world. As a result, this website (AQ.in.th) was launched to help anxious travelers out. It acts as a one-stop shop for them to get the Test & Go package with the Thailand Pass, as well as a hotel booking engine with over 600 Alternative Quarantine, SHA++, and Sandbox hotels across the country on the list.

International travelers planning a trip to Thailand might have been thrilled just to hear about the Thai government’s lifting of some travel restrictions and quarantine requirements in March 2022. However, the Test & Go package, which includes the Thailand Pass and a one-night hotel quarantine, is still required, which can be inconvenient and stressful for many people. While applying for the Thailand Pass on the official website is complicated enough, preparing to submit all the necessary documents to the system can be even trickier. Among the many problems is that getting the hotel booking confirmed, or even collecting other trip details together, especially when using multiple platforms, is likely to be a lengthy process, and it may cause a delay in everything.

With this reliable one-stop service platform, any of those problems can be prevented. AQ.in.th has partnered with over 600 hotel accommodations that comply with Thailand's new travel restrictions and it has already processed more than 500,000,000 THB worth of transactions. Tourists who use AQ.in.th can also benefit from a variety of advantages, such as receiving a confirmation email and booking confirmation letter instantly from their chosen hotel and having their trip details and all relevant documents collected in a secure and accessible location. This means they can apply for their Thailand Pass immediately after booking, without having to worry about being delayed or rejected.

AQ.in.th and all hotel partners also join forces with Ksher, a leading payment gateway certified by the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Thailand, to ensure secure payment collection and confirmation for all transactions on the website.

About AQ.in.th

AQ.in.th is a TAT-licensed online travel agency (License 11/10602). Apart from standard OTA services, it is one of the few companies that provides full-service/VIP options for applying for the Thailand Pass. Tens of thousands of travelers worldwide have already chosen to use the company’s platform and professional team to assist them with entering Thailand amid the COVID-19 situation.

Obtaining the Thailand Pass for the vast majority of people is simple, a few do struggle, but looking at their threads those may struggle with quite a lot of issues - its good there is something to help.

Making the SHA Plus+ booking is simple, with instant confirmation on Agoda (with full refund for any reason up to 3 days before with easy cancellation).

I just applied for my Thailand Pass (3rd on), it took 10-15mins (including booking the hotel) received QR conformation the following morning (obviously I had my insurance and vaccine cert already in JPEG format).

That said: IF someone is not computer literate and struggles to transfer a PDF to a JPEG and AQ.in.th offers this service, and IF they can also provide the insurance, then this can help a lot of people who may otherwise become confused.

Now, is it really, all in one place as advertised ??? - a separate point from the Test&Go booking in Bangkok - Does the the AQ.in.th also booking the PCR tests upon arrival at Phuket Airport for T&G there, or does the traveller still have to go through the PSAS site ???

Only thing people struggle with is opening their wallet to get ripped off...

I have talked to friend in UK, pre-Covid tourists to Thailand, and none would consider coming to Thailand while these restrictions apply.

When they visited Thailand it was simple:-

book flight, book hotel, fly, get visa on arrival, enjoy holiday.

Now there are holiday places in Europe that offer this, they are not considering Thailand. Nor will they until all restrictions are lifted for all vaccinated travellers.

When is Thailand going to wake up and realise that it is not the only holiday destination in a competitive world?

All far too complicated.  What is AQ, SHA SHA+  ...?  It could hardly have been made more complicated.

Looked at Thailand pass, but gave up as it was far too complicated.  No idea which hotel package I needed to book, nor how much it would cost, nor what extras I might need. And this was before I could get to the insurance requirements/costs

My only conclusion is that Thailand does not want visitors

So basically this is an advertisement

Not that it is not apparent with the 5000 baht averages for one night hotels

As others have said, Sorry but no thanks

None I know want to pay to play Thai Roulette as there may be a Q bullet in the chamber when our test comes.

We are healthy & happy to go to other countries for vacation.

Especially when one considers we are the ones coming from countries with no mask rules etc due to extremely low C19 incidence

Entering a high risk country & asked to pull the Q trigger? Thanks but no thanks

Ksher based out of China. Makes payment for Russians much easier.  I could easily be wrong.

Why would anyone consider a tropical holiday in Europe right now LMAO

Whats stopping worried people such as yourself from doing a pre-flight PCR test? Not making it mandatory anymore shouldn't make a difference.

close, but no cigar. keep trying thailand.

Website looks like some Geocities or Angelfire site from 2002.

This is my 1st time hearing about this site. It's not that I'm an oracle of knowledge, but if this was an established site Asean Now would have reported it sooner. It makes me very suspicious of the below claim. I think I would never use this site, unless respected members could advise otherwise.

"it has already processed more than 500,000,000 THB worth of transactions."

The hoops and paperwork to come and stay in Thailand can be daunting. The expensive insurance and PCR test is a deterrent for tourists coming from other southeast Asian countries like Malaysia or Vietnam. in some cases, it is even more expensive than the air ticket pre-covid. The PCR test on arrival and the mandatory stay in a hotel, has nothing to do with controlling the spread of Covid-19, however, it does have a lot to do with extracting money from foreigners whether it be tourists, business people or returning foreign residents. Of course this infantile process needs to be eliminated for good. There is a better chance of contracting Covid just by a visiting a 7-11!

Lastly, tourism will not rebound to any significant degree until Prayut assumes the responsibility to scrap all restrictions associated with tourism.  Continuing to leave regulations up to the Thai version of the CDC will result in the demise a large portion of the tourist industry, regardless of Chinese covid policies or Putin's war of aggression.

If you need a dedicated service website to get all the reams of paperwork ready just to enter a country where you plan to spend a holiday (and your money too!).... GO LOOK FOR AN EASIER DESTINATION. They're all around.

??? I am not worried......I would prefer to be found positive before flying and have the opportunity to rearrange my holidays rather than test positive when I get here and then it is too late.......????

Damn....now that is clever.

So again: what is stopping you from doing a preflight pcr test? As I said it shouldn't matter that it's not mandatory anymore in your case.

The world doesn't care about your T&G, sandbox and other BS acronyms for scams.  The earth does not revolve around Thailand.   Tons of other countries with just as (or more) beautiful beaches/weather/people and no scams to get in.

Yet here you are on forum designed specifically about Thailand.....  somewhat contradicting yourself !!

Strange that you are not on Tenerifenow, or Mexiconow.com....

These comments are so ridiculously out of balance, they need comment.

The insurance is no more expensive now than it was pre-covid.

The issue is with those who want to visit Thailand and take a chance without any medical insurance (this has always been an issue, topic involving a gofundme campaign always have the same comments).

And in some not. In my experience flights I’ve not noticed any difference in flights.

Yawn.. more barstool bumf... Do you really think that they authorities are ‘running this scam’ thinking they can extract more money from foreigners than if they simply removed all restrictions ??? - Duh.. think a little !

And wrong... The MoPH is concerned about controlling the spread of ‘potential new and harmful’ variants from entering Thailand (I disagree with their policy, but thats what they have stated).

Agreed...  I suspect they are ’taking baby’ steps as a political measure - the public don’t like sudden change.  All restrictions likely to be removed by July - I think thats the road map anyway.

Nothing....pure genius.....just the risk of still testing positive through an enforced test on arrival.......wouldn't take the chance as a tourist.

I totally get that. I have the same feeling which is why I haven't left Thailand for over 2 years. But it's also why scrapping the pre-flight pcr test doesn't make a difference to me.

I need to go back (not a tourist) and I can not wait longer. I have no choice but taking the risk of scam. It did not matter if your pre-flight PCR test was neg. or pos. If they want to trap you by an arrival pos. test they do it anyway, but at least $200 will be saved with no pre test. The down part is you need to be careful during your flights to Thailand since there could be some passengers with covid. I asked hotel for private pick up from airport. There will more people on arrival who have the same hotel reservation now.
