Any recommendations for fishing a beach in Pattaya, or a fishing boat trip?

You could ask how they arrange tours nowadays as no tourists around, anyway will arrange tours for private groups and pretty sure you could buy yourself in for some upcoming group.

pattaya sports club (if they are still going) used to have sea fishing trips.......

I've seen a lot of Thai fishing at soi 8 Na Jomtien. 

Go for the beach from Sukhumvit Road at Alexa Beach club and to the right until the road ends. 

There's also some awesome restaurants on the beach here. 

Tai Uan seafood is highly recommended but do call for reservations it's always packed.
