I would like to obtain a Residents Certificate in order to then obtain a Tax Identification number for banking purposes.   Could someone tell me if I need to go to CW Immigration to obtain this or elsewhere?   Also what form is required and which area in CW should I go to?   Also wondering if I can obtain this when I do my first 90 day in person report at MTT instead as it would be easier if I can do it there at the same time.   Thank you.

At MTT it costs 200b and they post it to you within 2 weeks, you need to have done a 90 day report with them, i got mine the same time as my 90 day report

From the 18th April, this is moving back to Chaengwattana (along with 90 day reporting).
