In a letter submitted by AIS’s subsidiary, Advance Wireless Network Company Limited (AWN), the company clarifies the impact of the merger between the two telecommunication giants. It argues that the deal is in violation of the law regarding the allocation and auction of GSM frequency bands. AIS stressed that allowing the merger to take place will create a monopoly. Initially, NBTC’s related units have voiced their opinions about the deal. The board meeting will discuss the matter again at a later date and is expected to produce a resolution within May 15th. -- © Copyright NNT 2022-04-08 - Aetna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m.
