Bangsaen Beach Lifeguard Stations

In years of visiting Bangsaen, I have never seen a lifeguard in the fancy, Miami-style lifeguard stations, but I was curious to see if they were manned this weekend - as it's one of the busiest times of the year with thousands of families playing in the sea.

Well the Chonburi Government seems to have found an innovative solution to the unmanned lifeguard stations - they've demolished them.

Should have leased them out as yet another coffee shop, or at least cold bevvies.

That's a good idea.  There's still two left, perhaps time for the Mrs to open a business - Baywatch uniform, coffee with a sea view.

They were drawing undue attention to the absence of lifeguards!
