It's their (the tourists') fault! If only 5 million tourists come, then those 5 million will have to pay all the fees, surcharges, etc., that earlier 40 million tourists did shoulder, so that Thailand doesn't lose out... This is the Thai way! ????

mind you, the price if your beer or ladydrink might go  up to cover the landlord's lost revenue for the 2 prior years.
