blueeyes Posted May 18, 2022 Share Posted May 18, 2022 Asking for a Thai friend. her daughter is 2 and half years old. she plans to bring daughter to Thailand next month and stay for 2 months. problem being her daughter has a UK passport but not a Thai one. Mother has both. So what is the way forward ie apply for visa for child and then go to embassy whilst in Thailand to apply for daughters Thai passport. DrJack54 Posted May 18, 2022 Share Posted May 18, 2022 Only 2 months is the key. The daughter can enter visa exempt. There is no overstay for child that age so can just exit after 2 months no issue.
