The reason being ??????? - No doubt someone with pots of cash has made a better offer and has a view to build a higher class of restaurant and make more money, too good a location for common people ???????? 2
Stargeezr
In all my years of visiting Hua Hin, I never once went to the Pier to see it set up as a walking street. The other walking street with lots of restaurants and snack stands is where I spent my nights. I guess by not staying that close to the pier, must be the reason I never heard of the pier walking street. It was also damaged a few years back as well by a storm.
