Rescue services found 31 year old Ratchanok with a fruit paring knife embedded in her neck. She had other stab wounds to her back. Already in the custody of the station master and railway police was Arun, her boyfriend, reported Sanook. Arun told police they were on their way to visit a grandmother. They had a violent argument after he thought she was seeing another man. She had brought the knife with her, he claimed.
