The US Senate has called on Cambodia and all signatories of the Paris Peace Agreement to reaffirm their commitment to strengthen peace, prosperity, rights and the freedoms enjoyed by the Cambodian people 30 years after the signing of the accord.

The Senate on May 12 unanimously passed a resolution to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements, which ended decades of conflict and put Cambodia on a path to peace, stability and prosperity.
