ubonjoe Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 There is no 90 day extension of a 90 day entry from a non-o visa you can get with a valid reason such as for medical treatment for example. A re-entry permit would not give you any additional days and it only keeps the remainder of the permit to stay it was issued for valid when entering the country. You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife. You could also apply for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai. You would need 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months or proof of 40k baht income. Do you have a single or multiple entry non-o visa? You can apply for a new non-o visa at a nearby embassy or official consulate.
