property transfer fee cuts, 001% instead of 2 %?

Does the 0,01% transfer fee "promotion" include land transfers also? Or only apply to house and condos? 

 

"Property transfer and mortgage fees will remain at 0.01 percent until the end of 2022 for people who trade properties worth no more than 3 million baht "

My understanding is that it applies to land as well. Not sure if this is true as my wife purchased land valued at more that 3 million baht in January, so this promotion didn't apply to her purchase. Note also that this promotion only applies to Thai citizens. I don't know if it would apply to a Thai company purchasing land.

The 0.01% fee come into effect from 17th jan, maybe it was not implemented everywhere? My wife wanted to wait for that date, long queues at land office haha

Its been 0.01 % since 2019 as i understand, but due to end this year(31 dec 2022)
