Now my fiance is also a foreigner living in Bangkok, if we have to register marriage in Bangkok, should I get bachelorhood certificate again from my Embassy? please advice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
foreverlomsak Posted June 8, 2022 Share Posted June 8, 2022 I would say no need, your Thai divorce certificate should be adequate for Bangkok, if they insist on an "Affirmation of Freedom" from your Embassy it would need to be backed up by your Thai divorce papers.
