Bad Reviews-

Featured Replies

Bought few items om Lazada, couple of shirts, bath towels. However after receiving them , they weren't as advertised.  Ordered XL shirts,( they were Medium at best),and 100% cotton bath towels ( maybe 50-60 %, as they don't absorb water like 100 % cotton towels should).  I wrote bad reviews . My question should I be worried. Read horror stories about people writing bad reviews about bad service, or bad hotels, and getting into trouble-

If the shirts are XL you can't really complain about that, they usually show a size guide. As for towels, they tend to get more absorbent with time, so fair reviews would have been better. Will you get in trouble? unlikely unless you get a very angry seller and your reviews were vindictive

The Lazada sellers sure don't like bad reviews and if you are owed a refund and you put a bad review you will not get your refund until you change it, it did happens to me...

It is not defamation if what you wrote is the truth.  For instance not getting what you ordered.

In most countries you are absolutely correct, but Thailand has very strange defamation laws!

Don't defame the defamation laws!
