Can't remember any mention from the last months and that applies to all domestic destinations incl. Ko Samui and Phuket (which were the last to abolish). Vaccination certificate? Hotels can make up their own rules, Maybe ask ahead. And both websites linked above say that there are no more tests. Just read in "306 thoughts on “Koh Chang Ferry” from the ferry site: https://kohchangferries.com/ Quote There aren’t any checks for proof of vaccination or negative covid tests etc on the way to Koh Chang or at the ferry piers.
