Adumbration
So new notification from PayPal. They are going to have another crack at blocking all your accounts later this year. Anyone else get the memo?

Popular Post Regyai
Yes An arbitrary decision to use an in house Thai customer ID verification system which needs as a "throw six to start" to pitch up at your Thai bank & insert your Thai National ID into a reader. Whilst you can stare in wonder at such xenophobia emanating as usual from the land of smiles and by inclusion from PayPal Thailand...it beggars belief that PayPal Corporate in the USA has sanctioned the exclusion of previously vetted and accepted customers of long standing by simple racist yardsticks (only Thais accepted). Holds about as much validity in today's global trade as a dusted off 1950's "No Negros" sign hanging outside PayPal HQ in San Jose. This is the Thai government making these demands of PayPal to continue to operate in Thailand. Their choice was to continue to service Thai citizens (those who can complete the registration process), or service no one in Thailand. It would make little sense for them to turn off the service completely. 3
