The easiest is to use sulfur and/or vinegar or naphtalene.

Snakes do not care about your plants. They care about the mice, frogs and lizards. Don't worry, the snakes will take care of them. Better to catch the snakes and move them if they are dangerous but please identify them first.  https://www.snaketracks.com/snakes-in-thailand/

It's the rainy season now , how is that going to work,

they will be keep washing away , just keep the grass,

weeds cut and have no rubbish laying about, myself

I have no problem with snakes coming into the garden.
