Rivaroxaban 20 mg.

I found Xarelto to be available (on order) from the Pharmacy on the second floor above Big-C Ekammai.

https://www.safeandsavepharmacy.com/ติดต่อเรา/

We could call them up and make an order (they want money upfront) we could make an online transaction / payment to the person in the shop and they would order the Xarelto (Rivoroxaban).

(I since get it sent over from the UK every 4 months).

If you go to any large pharmacy they should be able to order it for you (not boots or watsons).

Some info in both of these threads.

Nong Khae. Thank you Sheryl.

No  guarantee  but you can try:

Kriang Sak Phesat Pharmacy tel 042-411 685

Nong Khai Pharmacy Shop tel 042-411 148

If no luck,  you can order it online form here

You will probably have to create an account first to be able to view available drugs and order.
It is a reliable service, I have used it. However they seem to have only the imported brand, Xarelto, which is expensive

There is a locally made brand called Rovoxan. If unable to find it in Niong Kai pharmacies, try asking these 2 sources:

You have to use Messenger t ask them if they have it then place an order if they do. They are reliable and will ship promptly, payment is by bank transfer. Don't bother trying to use the website search function, everything comes back as nto found but in fact they have most things.

(using LineApp) YaPaiboon
Yiu have to message them by LINE to find out what they have and place order. Payment in advance by bank transfer. They are reliable.

I see. You should have mentioned the province name (Saraburi).

In your rural district, I can't tell you what pharmacies there are. Try at whatever the largest is. Otherwse, in Saraburi town there are a cluster of pharmacies located on route 2 just south of the bridge you would take to get to Saraburi hospital.

Any idea how much Xarelto costs here in Thailand? I am also on 20mg and have enough to last me the next couple of months but will have to stock up eventually.

At govt hospital it's 106 Baht per tablet.

At private hospital it can be double that and more. Cost me 209 Baht per tab.

Sheryl's lead is offering in the order of 90 Baht per tablet.

  • 3 months later...

Hi everyone, jumping back into this thread in the hope that I can get answers to a couple of questions from you very helpful people.

Will I need to see a Thai doctor to get a Thai prescription for Xarelto (or Rivoxan) to order from these online pharmacies or can I simply place an order? I have my original Australian script and a letter from my doctor if that helps at all.

Alternatively, does anyone have any current leads on the cheapest prices for Rivaroxaban in Bangkok?

Thanks in advance for any help ????

You can order directly from the Pharmacy... They may or may not have stock.

I know the Pharmacy on the 2nd level above Big-C on Ekammai sells it directly.

It was 4650 baht for 30x 15mg tablets a couple of years ago.

This thread also has some info.
