skraach Posted June 29, 2022 Share Posted June 29, 2022 Just received an email from PayPal saying that Thai personal PayPal accounts will be transferred to PayPal Thailand in October 2022. But in order to do so, you must be enrolled in the National Digital ID (NDID) platform for which you need a Thai ID card.
