Featured Replies

2 cruel brothers – who were on a mission to kill dogs to sell for meat – were arrested this morning. The 2 siblings were arrested by the police of Kampong Chhnang City at 3:30 AM on July 2, 2022 in Kvit village, Pong Ror commune, Rolea Bier district, Kampong Chhnang province.

They were part of a gang who drove on motos to kill defenceless dogs to sell them as part of the dog meat trade. The 2 men have been named as Khy Sokchea, male, 32 years old, and Khy Sopheas, male, 20 years old, both living in Trapeang On Village, Chrey Bak Commune, Rolea Bier District, Kampong Chhnang Province. Police say that Khi Sopheas hit the dog on the head with a hammer until it died.

When the two suspects arrived at Phsar Thmei in Village 7, Sangkat Khsam, Kampong Chhnang City, Kampong Chhnang Province, they met with the Kampong Chhnang City Police Inspectorate, which was patrolling to provide security for the villagers.
