Nakhon Phanom: 23 year old shooter in custody for attack on debt collectors

Daily News reported that a 23 year old gunman had surrendered to the custody of the That Phanom police after a shooting incident in Nakhon Phanom, NE Thailand.

 

Golf, aged 20, was shot dead and Ball, 33, wounded. They were both debt collectors and were attacked after trouble centered around an alcohol shop in the area.

 

Yesterday Apichet, 23, surrendered to chief Pol Col Thawin Khamket and is now being interrogated. 

 

He faces four charges, murder with intent, attempted murder, having an illegal weapon and discharging it in public. 

 

Four others are reportedly involved.

Yes i would think in this case it is safer to be in police custody then trying

to out gun the loan sharks.
