Golf, aged 20, was shot dead and Ball, 33, wounded. They were both debt collectors and were attacked after trouble centered around an alcohol shop in the area. Yesterday Apichet, 23, surrendered to chief Pol Col Thawin Khamket and is now being interrogated. He faces four charges, murder with intent, attempted murder, having an illegal weapon and discharging it in public.
