Photo by Vietnam News Agency Vietnam highly values its comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh told visiting Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov. Receiving the Russian minister at the government office in Hanoi Wednesday, the PM said the bilateral cooperation should be made "deeper and more effective" in all fields. He pointed out that Lavrov's visit comes at a time when the two nations mark the 10th anniversary of their comprehensive strategic partnership.
