Does anyone know if immigration at Chang Wattana and the banks downstairs will be open July 13-15?

 

July 13:  Asalha Bucha

July 14:  Buddhist Lent Day

July 15:  Bridge Public Holiday

You might be right but unless you've seen a notice from them you can't be sure. 

 

In times past, it has been open on national/public holidays and then has alternate days closed. I have used it on a national holiday.

I think it was back in the times when opening a bank account with a tourist visa was a piece of cake, as some dinosaurs on this forum can recall.

Where did I say I haven´t seen a notice? If I post a direct answer like that, then I am sure. Otherwise there is no reason to post, right?
