Ananda Development Plc (ANAN), one of Thailand’s leading developer or mid-high end condominium developers, has come out to say that its revenues and sales figures were starting to see some recovery although it remains cautious on the outlook as the world heads into recession.

 

Chanond Ruangkritya, Chief Executive Officer at the ANAN, revealed that ANAN, during the second quarter of 2022, has achieved sales of as much as 3.9 billion baht, growing almost 80% from the first quarter, which is higher than the target set for both condominium projects and horizontal projects with both online and offline marketing strategies to support the needs of buyers thoroughly, both domestic and abroad.

 

“Things are improving but there remains a lot of things to be done,” Chanond told Thai Enquirer.

 

Ananda, which is the developer of projects such as Ideo, Ashton and the lower end market such as Elio and Unio, said that it was hoping that the rest of the year would be stronger although a possible rate hike in the months ahead could slow things down slightly.
