Is there any way to get YouTube Picture-In-Picture to work on iPhone or iPad? I would even pay for the Premium service if I knew it would work. Thanks.

Cool, I guess it's the iPhone version only that is not being permitted. I don't have an iPad but am thinking of buying one in part to use the PiP feature as it's so valuable to me.

No. The iPhone also has Picture in Picture. Of of course you need you YouTube need premium to use it
