Can one still get a (1) year Multiple Entry NON-O Visa at Penang Embassy

Recommended Posts

I would like to obtain a (1) year multiple entry NON-O visa, ( NOT O-A ), at the Penang Embassy to visit my Thai Son; does anyone know if this visa is still being offered, and what documents I have to produce. A web link and /or PDF document link would be great to start.

I am his biological father through marriage to my ex-Thai wife.

They may still be doing them but their website is not working properly.

You could try contacting them. This page has contact info but it shows almost nothing. https://penang.thaiembassy.org/th/page/17352-ที่ตั้ง-แผนที่-โทรศัพท์-อีเมล์?menu=5d75e28715e39c242c0061c6

This is at the bottom of the page.

Thanks always Joe. I got the application form, and saw this web link;

Visa Requirements II - สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองปีนัง (thaiembassy.org)

Was unable to get the pdf showing the requirements. I will drop them and email.

I got to a page listing the visa types but went back to the home page when I clicked one.

It does show a different email at the bottom of that page.

"To ensure that clear and precise information is given, visa enquiry can only be made through
E-mail at
[email protected] "

I don’t remember the name of the road , but there is a very good agency there that help with visas. I know many in the queue outside waiting were  commenting on them. Maybe google the agencies and see the reviews etc.

Jim is a name I remember from the past before covid.

Found a facebook page for Jim's place. https://m.facebook.com/pages/Jims-Place/151258461691517

From memory ( pre pandemic ) they were quite strict on money in the bank for visas.

Multi entry non 0 they required updated bankbook copies and show the original at application time.

The agent also required proof of finance.

Thb 400,000 required.
