Left without cancelling non-B, can I still come back as a tourist?

Recommended Posts

Hi all! I left Thailand in 2021 without having cancelled my non-B (I also didn't get a re-entry permit when I left then-- they didn't ask at the airport). I'm planning to come back to visit  BKK next year. Will there be a problem when I arrive at the airport? I come from a visa-exempted country, and not planning to look for work. I'm pretty sure that my non-B (extension of stay) already expired 2 months ago from now.

(Edit: I had an extension of stay with my job in 2021. Either way it's expired by now, but just for clarity ????)

Thanks in advance for your help! ????

I assume you had a extension of stay not a valid non-b visa. Your extension of stay or the stay from a non-b visa ended on the day you left the country.

You will not have a problem entering the country visa exempt.
