Project Manager - Expat 7+ positions

• Candidate should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience working as project manager in construction projects.
  
• Experience in managing hotel/resort projects is a definite asset.
  
• Experience in renovated projects or built Greenfield is a plus.
  
• Good knowledge in project management is required
  
• Candidate should have a good command of English and computer skills
  
• Academic requirement: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or QS.
  
• Positions located in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, and Hua Hin
  

Interior Design Supervisor 25+ positions

• Thai/ Expat
  
• At least Bachelor Degree in Interior Design.
  
• 10+ years experience in hotel and resort design
  
• Experience with consulting design company working with Developer / Hotel.
  
• Experience in hotel designing both Thailand and overseas experience.
  
• Able to drive our interior design direction in our hotel projects and be the primary contact with our hotel management companies.
  
• Must be able to think out of the box and have a creative eye in problem solving and can visualize a project.
  
• At least 3 years in senior or manager position.
  
• You must be able to drive consultants and contractors.
  
• Able to work on site in Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Krabi, Hua Hin.
  

SE&Network engineer for a project in Thailand 2+ positions

IT Professional for a Temporary position 4-6 months project. Salary level no problems and according to experience. Xpats welcome.

System engineer:

- Able to manage day to day operation.

- Able to manage vendor or supplier to serve NXP requirement.

- Able to coordinate multiple party (internal users, vendor).

- Able to plan, manage and execute project.

- Able to work on holiday.

- Able to manage Unix and MS windows.

- Good communication skill (Thai/English)

Network Engineer:

- Strong knowledge in TCP/IP networking

- Fully understand concept of DNS / AD / Firewall / IDS

- Network management on Cisco (CCNA / CCNP) or Nortel device

- Traffic analysis (Sniffer / Ethereal / Tcpdump)

- MS Windows administration skill

- UNIX/Linux administration skill

- Good communication skill (Thai/English)

- Familiar with manufacturing environment/requirement

- Able to coordinate multiple party (internal users, vendor).

- Able to work on holiday.
