Popular Post richard_smith237
Avoidable death if he was wearing a helmet ?? Any hit-&-runner should automatically receive serious charges... it is a despicable act of cowardice. Obviously extenuating circumstances involve escaping for ones safety when locals are getting riled up... but in all other cases its utterly inexcusable.

Quote on an overpass inbound to Laem Chabang port and rushed to the scene. Many times motorcycles are on motorway and overpass roads where they are not permitted.... but agree to run away from the scene is a cowardly act.

Mr Meeseeks
That overpass is an incident hotspot, just outside the Harbor Mall in Laem Chabang, there are regular accidents and fatalities there.
