Where to regulate an automatic watch?

I have a few automatics watches I'd like to regulate.  One with a pretty normal movement ETA 2824-2 and one running a Seiko 6R-15.   Both running fast by about 20 seconds a day.  Nothing crazy, probably within spec, and maybe I'll wait until it goes over 30, but it's a free question and if there is a good place I'll problem go there and see if I can get these watches a little more accurate.

Thanks.

Expert Watch in the Central World basement would be where I'd start. Might be as simple as needing demagnetization although 20 seconds a day is low for a magnetized watch. Putting them on a timegrapher and checking amplitude will tell. If you do have them regulated, consider having them serviced as well.

For the Seiko I would contact Seiko Thailand in Bangkok. If it is a few years old get it serviced as well. I recently had a SBDC029 (6R-15) repaired, serviced, pressure tested and regulated. If I remember correctly it was B3,000.

Yep I vouch for them too.

A few mates have taken watches for servicing e.g. winder stem o-rings, lubrication, cleaning, and amplitude adjustment to them and swear by them.

They can do any watch. But, if you've got really expensive Swiss watches e.g. Rolex or L & S be very careful who takes the back off as any warranty may be invalidated if not a licensed service agent for the brand in question.
