OP appears to be asking for US outlet type.  EU outlet is very uncommon here.  Below is available with any outlet.

I just got one of these 'cause it was local (Khorat).  Took about 3 days to Bangkok.  380 baht + 45 baht shipping.   No brand packaging, but battery was pre-installed and appears to work fine.
