geovalin Posted August 27, 2022 Share Posted August 27, 2022 A foreign man was beaten to death by a mob wielding sticks outside a Bavet casino yesterday morning The incident happened at 3:15 AM on August 26, 2022 in front of Casino 67 in Bavet Kandal Village, Bavet Sangkat, Bavet City. According to the police, the dead man was named Duong Minteang, a 34-year-old Vietnamese man who worked as a chef. Security images show the brutal attack: The murderers have been identified as also being Vietnamese, but fled immediately after the incident According to witnesses, before the incident, the victim went to a pawn shop to get money to gamble in the casino. Sources said that later, a group of about 4 to 5 suspects walked in to talk to the victims. Then, they group suddenly attacked the victim, fatally injuring him and then fleeing.
