The guy behind him has parachute wings? Must be useful if they need to parachute someone into a critical situation????

When i first met my (Thai) Mrs..  she worked in a Provincial City Hall, she wore a uniform most days  with Medals  & those Parachute Wings attached, when i questioned her  about them, she said its part of the uniform, we buy the Medals etc.. at the local Market, maybe this bloke did the same lol

What is missing from the report is his age and how long he will serve in post.

The usual game: he is 59 years old and so will serve for just one year!

His nickname is "den" (เด่น), the outstanding/excellent

IMHO he is just the Buggins in Buggins turn next.

What is needed is promotion on merit only and NOT on seniority in rank, especially as posts in the RTP can be acquired on purchase (with enough money).

Write to your local MP.

Just to get a bigger pension.

In the British civil service his name would be Buggins.

The wings are awarded not from jumping from an aircraft, but from jumping from a platform. Sums up everything about these persons.
