I have used KSC 256/126 DSL package in Chiang Mai since December '03 Back then it was 3x the current price. On KCS end everything has worked well since day one, We did have occasional 'drop outs' but they were rare (not even once a day) and we were able to trace those back to TT&T. Also I have been able to completely Max out the connection, so It is a true 256k.

I'd heard from someone else recently that they were having good luck with KSC. I may give them a call, as I'm tired of waiting around for TT&T. I went to a TT&T office two months ago to ask for ADSL service and they still haven't gotten round to deciding whether there's space in my area.
