This is Moscow deputy mayor for regional security and information policy Alexander Gorbenko, the Telegram channel writes. Gorbenko's subordinate writes that the authorities will not be able to fully shut down the city's oil refineries. The correspondence also contains a document about possible growth in bankruptcies due to strikes on Wildberries. The contact sent a document titled "Justification for the Creation of a Mini Oil Refinery in the Moscow Region+.pdf." The hackers did not publish its contents. A similar idea was previously discussed at a meeting between Russian leader Vladimir Putin and the government on July 8. What is happening with Wildberries warehouses The hackers also published a report on the consequences of Ukrainian drone strikes on Wildberries warehouses. Gorbenko's same contact sent this document on July 29, the Telegram channel writes. The destruction of Wildberries warehouses is described as a blow to the entire Russian economy.
