hereforgood Posted October 5, 2022 Share Posted October 5, 2022 I have a Bangkok bank account and Have the app on my phones as well as my PC. I am in the US and while I do not need to access for money I wanted to check the account. When I go to the app it loads to a accept the terms page and asks if i will accept or decline. The accept button is dark and I cannot accept. This happens on my PC as well if i try to log in. But my Kbank account is fine from here in the states. I have a fair amount of cash in the accounts so a bit concerned. Maybe because I am in the US on holiday ? I also tried with a Thailand VPN same result. Looks like they have updated something in the Terms and Conditions (who ever actually reads these?). You have to put a check in this box. before the Accept button will work. I have the APP and you just scroll ALL the WAY DOWN and the accept button becomes Clickable! And they simply spit the whole zillion pages without any change log/what's new. Unthinkable at my home country bank. Oh! And scrolling down is not OK. You have to read from start to end ???????? Took the opportunity to look through this year: October 6th, Terms and Conditions July 22nd, Terms and Conditions May 31st, Terms and Conditions February 12th, Terms and Conditions ...
