I have a Bangkok bank account and Have the app on my phones as well as my PC. I am in the US and while I do not need to access for money I wanted to check the account. When I go to the app it loads to a accept the terms page and asks if i will accept or decline. The accept button is dark and I cannot accept. This happens on my PC as well if i try to log in. But my Kbank account is fine from here in the states. I have a fair amount of cash in the accounts so a bit concerned. Maybe because I am in the US on holiday ? I also tried with a Thailand VPN same result.

You have to scroll down to the end of the message then it will be clickable.

It's not clickable even all the way at the very bottom the button is there except or decline but the accept button is dark and not accessible

I just logged on to my BKK Bank account from my PC here in Thailand and got the same screen.

 

Looks like they have updated something in the Terms and Conditions (who ever actually reads these?).

 

You have to put a check in this box.

 

 

before the Accept button will work.

 

I don't have the App but I assume it will work the same way.

I have the APP and you just scroll ALL the WAY DOWN and the accept button becomes Clickable! In the APP the check button is NOT needed just scroll ALL the WAY down!

I have the app ........ no tick box.

Had to scroll all the way down, then back up and down a bit before the greyed out 'accept' button worked.

Moved to Banking

Amazing how often they (Bangkok Bank and SCB) throw new terms and conditions. And they simply spit the whole zillion pages without any change log/what's new.

Unthinkable at my home country bank.

 

Oh! And scrolling down is not OK. You have to read from start to end ????????

Just stumbled upon the latest email with "Terms and Conditions" from Bangkok Bank.

Took the opportunity to look through this year:

 

October 6th, Terms and Conditions

July 22nd, Terms and Conditions

May 31st, Terms and Conditions

February 12th, Terms and Conditions

...

Good chance for another one this year ????

 

Question for Bangkok Bank farang customers. Can you trade stocks?

 

I can't at Kasikorn. Looking to do better than just savings account rates
