Pattaya — Some Pattaya residents are peeved at the delayed construction of the public restrooms at Bali Hai Pier after it has reportedly been sitting idle for a long time.

The project had a budget of 3.88 million baht to build 32 toilets to facilitate people who came to Bali Hai Pier to take ferry services, according to local media.

The construction started on December 17th, 2020, and was supposed to be completed on June 14th, 2021, or within 180 days, according to the contract.
