Process time for non-o visa L.A. USA embassy

Just a heads up. They say to apply at least 15 days before travel. I applied a month ahead, it took 17 days. Maybe they see date of flight and put more pressing travel in front. but I was surprised it took that long.

No, send photo of passport, and a photo of you holding the passport open next to your face. All done online

just a heads up 

when i did mine from la  i had numerous problems with uploading docs  

it seems that they will not accept pdf only jpeg  ...  maybe they fixed it ???

Still can not upload pdf's and size of jpg's restricted.
