l am british in UK with thai partner on 5yr visa route

 

 being nearly 2.5yrs in it will need extending for a further 2.5yrs but l dont want to do this as l want to her to return to thailand , but l havent told her & avoid associated hassle; . Its not enjoyable , altho l dont let on .  l am being used as a route to get a british passport . Fortunately l dont meet the criteria for the visa . But unfortunately l suspect she's going for a work visa thro her employer.

so i dont know where that leaves me as i probably cant stop a work visa
