keestha Posted June 3, 2003 Share Posted June 3, 2003 April 2002 I was given a 1 year multiple non imm B in Penang (Malaysia) , upon showing them my work permit and a letter written by my company stating that I really work in so and so capacity for the company and that the company guarantees for all the costs arising from my stay in the Kingdom, including the cost of a ticket back to my home country in case the need would arise. Generally speaking the requirements to obtain a visa tend to be a bit more strictly applied in the Embassies/Consulates in the neighbouring countries then in their counterparts in Western countries.
