Nguyen Dang Tuan, 41, was arrested by police to be investigated for "resisting a law enforcement officer in performance of official duties," police said Monday. Tuan's son, 18-year-old Nguyen Trung Anh, did not wear a helmet while riding a motorbike and was stopped by police. Anh failed to show the necessary traffic papers and accepted a fine.
