I have come back to Thailand after a few months away under my OA multiple entry visa which is valid until December 28th. Upon entry at Bangkok I was stamped good until December 13th due to the expiration of my medical insurance. I have extended my policy for another year.

 My question is , if I do a border run and re-enter before December 13th will I get stamped for a year upon entry?

Yes. One year from reentry or earlier if expiry of your insurance is less than one year from when you reenter
