Three teenagers armed with a samurai sword and a golf club were arrested after having a public fight with their rivals and being uncooperative with Pattaya police officers.

Pattaya police were called to stop a fight involving a variety of weapons between two rival groups of Thai teenagers on Pattaya Beach in the Nongprue subdistrict of Banglamung at 2:00 AM this morning, October 28th.

The groups ran away in all directions as soon as they sighted the police. However, three male teenagers were arrested and taken to the Pattaya police station. Their weapons, including a one-meter-long samurai sword and a golf club, were impounded.

A one-meter-long samurai sword and not one injury.

Are they completely useless at everything they do?

Wimps! Not a pair amongst them!

The 2nd charge is the more serious one and sometimes carries the death penalty.

Saber rattling 101?

A 7 iron? A La Tiger Woods ex missus style?

Yes

They were probably high on something, if you've smoked enough weed then even with a samurai sword you're more likely to hurt yourself than others.

I suppose TAT could promote the fights as 'a thrilling experience found in no other family-friendly resort. Video the violence and regale your friends when you return home with your close proximity to deadly weapons together with actual pictures of Thai youth expressing their Buddhist-based personalities'.

What about old King Charlie in the UK wearing a sword when he poses with all these medals, bling and regalia, and what about that hat? ???? Just shows that swords are not only used for fencing as I cannot imagine old Charlie using one.????

Guns are a tad touchy subject at the moment, back to the more traditional swords.
