Hi all my wife was approached to buy the family land from the bank or shall I say pay off the loan the family took against the property. Problem is the banker say the plot where grandma’s house is is not part of the plot the bank holds interest on which we knew there were two separate chanotes ( proper or not is the question)  I remember some time ago someone put a link on here to a website that had Ownership maps. Does anyone know of this website? No we’re not going to ask poo yai or anyone in the village for that matter as they’re all relatives and it’s none of their business

Land office or orbator should have that info, unbias and provide to you. Even the puyiban might have.

 

We've looked at maps prior to buying and asked about future projects in the area, to avoid, or more reason to purchase.
