Popular Post Hitcho56
Went to Jomtien Soi 5 this afternoon for a re-entry permit. Total time taken was 10 minutes- forgot copy of passport so 2 minutes to get copy-9 baht for 3 pages. Very efficient service. Also did my 90 day report on line before going to soi 5 . Submitted at 12.34 pm . received confirmation at 1.39 pm- so just over an hour. Very good service today. 4
Popular Post Halfaboy
Went yesterday for my extension of stay. After having made copies I went inside (no queue) and the man to check my papers was waiting for me. Took less than 5 mins and everything was cleared. Today went for multiple entry and it was almost the same story. Have nothing to complain about them....

HappyExpat57
I really appreciate the efforts from Jomtien immigration. I also enjoy the exclusive attention I now get from Chanthaburi immigration since moving here. I think I am one of 3 or 4 farangs in Chanthaburi and am always the only person in the office seeking service (including Thai customers!).
Popular Post chang50
Always found Jomtien helpful and efficient IF you are well prepared.I once overheard a falang in Soi 5 asking an IO for advice about a visa and when the IO asked to see his passport he replied it was at home!
mikeymike100
I agree that Jomtien Immigration Sol 5 is generally pretty good, if you have prepared all your documents. I went this morning at 10.30am, Thursday for a re entry permit and once inside took about 10 minutes.
