Retirement Extension - TM30 - Sublet

Recommended Posts

I have an OA retirement extension.  Here in Koh Phangan we need a TM30 (and copy of house book and owner ID) to get extended (we have to use the Koh Samui Immigration office).  Also need TM30 to file 90-day report in person.    If I sublet a home from a foreigner, is it easy to have the Thai owner do a new TM30 registration that includes me as well as the main tenant?  Any issues?
