You know your prescription so it just a case of getting lens/frames from optician?  If you need testing best to visit a hospital ophthalmologist as there are very few optometrists (who can also test) in Thailand.

 

Many here, once they know prescription, use mail order to buy from overseas at often a much lower cost.

Thank you . i will visit Bangkok hospital and see how i get on . if no luck i will wait until i go on holiday to the UK next year .
