A Pit Bull owned by one neighbor has been let out to attack their pet dog on multiple occasions, it was claimed. A girl had also been bitten. A video showed a man carrying the Pit Bull away after his daughter tried to get it. There then followed a slanging match between the neighbors. A woman who is believed to be the owner of the Pit Bull then lowered her pants in a "mooning" gesture to her furious neighbor.
