The county will implement a mandatory curfew from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., starting Sunday night, Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields said at a news conference Sunday. You seem to have missed the point of the article. It appears that the sabotage may be linked to a protest against a drag show that was being conducted. The drag show continued in spite of the outage.
